2006 Beta Beta Beta Biology Fall Picnic
Despite a very rainy day
(unlike the usual stellar fall weather in western Pennsylvania) on Wednesday,
September 13th, a beautiful fall afternoon in western PA, 50 students and seven
faculty members came to the Ski Lodge for the annual Beta Beta Beta and
Department of Biology Fall Picnic. Many new freshman came and met the
upperclassmen and faculty. There was more than enough pizza and bread sticks,
cookies, drinks, and more for everyone, and even the hot dogs were great once the fire was
ready! Drs. Shotwell and Beeching were even persuaded to
provide us with some outstanding musical entertainment! It was a great opportunity for students and faculty to
interact outside of class!
