Book Discussion Club 

The next cycle of book group discussions will be held on the second Tuesday of each month, beginning on September 8, 2009.  Sessions will start at 6:30 pm, end at 8:00pm, and be held in the Library.

Books to be discussed are ones that have been recommended by a member of the group, who will assist Eileen Master in guiding the discussions.  Please note these dates on your calendars and plan to join us for what promise to be enjoyable evenings at the library.

             Tuesday, September 8 2009 -- Olive Kitteridge, by Elizabeth Strout. Led by Jim Hughes.

                Tuesday, October 13, 2009 -- The Suspicions of Mr. Whicher, by Kate Summerscale.  Led by Tom and Nancy Funka.

                Tuesday, November 10, 2009 -- Specimen Days, by Michael Cunningham.  Led by Eileen Master.

                Tuesday, December 8, 2009 -- A Mercy, by Toni Morrison.  Led by Diane Jones.

                Tuesday, January 12, 2010 -- I Know Why a Caged Bird Sings, by Maya Angelou.  Led by Linda Williamson.
