Total Cost for non-SRU students: $3565

SRU students pay a total of $3165*
(a $400 travel cost stipend from the 
Office of International Services is already included in this price.)

This price includes:
Airfare Pittsburgh-San José (leaving June 30 and returning July 29)
Transportation to and from the airport in San José
Tuition ( includes 6 credits). Placement test July 3. Classes July 3 to July 29.
Home stay with a carefully selected Costa Rican family.
Two meals/day
3 weekend excursions and local site visits

A passport

International Student Identification Card

No special immunizations are required

Application deadline

March 10, 2006 ( A fee of $130.00 is required with the application. This fee is applied to the total cost of the program.)

*Students may apply for a $500 Modern Languages and Cultures scholarship.
